Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she was just 16 years old, and she gave up the sport of gymnastics. She was just 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at age 16, when she gave up her gymnastics. In just one year she could earn her Professional Card at age 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel quit the stage after six years to complete college. In 2015, she came back to the stage and competed at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a number of years after her debut show setting higher expectations for herself each year. By 2009, she'd won four other fitness titles. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel had a long break following her professional card's issuance so that she could earn her degree from college. Following the Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang in Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the end, she placed 3rd in the competition. The summer of 2016 saw her winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to be a part of the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three month later and returned with a sixth place for the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she had no goals. The athlete was satisfied about her position. Ariel had to compete against the best of elite athletes. Ariel continues to improve her body. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using machines, and bent-over rows. The warm-up is done before she moves onto the sets. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. Her back exercise routine is comprised of 3 or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
